Prior to starting Real Estate in the Rockies, LLC

Carol Ann’s first career was rich with 28 years of experience as a national consultant in sales management & sales training for builders & developers, land planning, zoning & development, construction management, product design & renovation, merchandising & property management. During that period, she lectured at trade association workshops, authored 4 books and numerous articles for the industry’s home building, land development, & property management trade associations.

Now, as a Broker
