I am the owner of Jeffrey Homes, Inc in Colorado. I met Carol Ann in 2015 when she marketed and sold a spec home for me in a new subdivision. She staged the home and it sold quickly. She staged several more for me until I insisted it wasn’t necessary as inventory was down and the market was hot. Carol Ann offers more than just free staging. She is absolutely the hardest working Realtor I have worked with in my 25 years of building. She does not just put the home on the MLS, plop a sign in the yard, and leave the sales brochure pouch empty. Been there. She actually markets the home. Carol Ann is great at dealing with the buyers and their financing. As a builder, she has contracted several presold homes for me. Above and beyond our expectations

I have known Carol Ann for 14 years; my business partner, Tom Chandler, and I worked with her for 7 years, beginning during the Great Recession. She reopened one of our Colorado subdivision developments where she was our exclusive broker for the sale of 63 one acre developed lots to numerous builders and individual buyers. Carol Ann was also the listing broker for our homebuilding company on 7 custom home specs.
